Why should I partner with Everything Tall?
We're a marketplace platform which exists simply to make shopping for tall brands easier. Built by tall co-founders (6'6" and 6'), we wanted to bring something to the market that actually helps both shoppers and brands and fixes a problem we've had for years. With the lowest commission on the market (at just 5%) which simply covers our costs - we're here to work with our brands to reach more customers while allowing them to maintain their autonomy and creative freedom. You're the experts, and we're here to be guided by what you and the customers need. No monthly sign-up fees, retainer costs, fines or spreadsheets. Just a seamless integration that puts you in front of more customers.
Inventory and pricing control?
Your brand portal automatically syncs with your existing inventory (whether that's through Shopify or WooCommerce, or another platform you might be using) which means whenever an item is sold or updated on your side, this will be automatically reflected on Everything Tall.
How do I list my products on ET?
We have a built-in integration behind our platform that seamlessly syncs with your own store. There are no manual uploads or tracking inventory and we can walk you through the set up step by step.
How does ET manage shipping and returns?
We trust our brands to manage their own shipping in line with their existing policy as long as it meets our minimum requirements. That means you choose your own shipping markets, carriers and fees. You will also be in charge of managing returns in line with what you're already doing. We trust you to be the experts and are not here to make life more complicated. All we ask is that you use your brand portal to keep us informed and manage the process.
Is there a minimum commitment or exclusivity requirement?
No! You stay with us for as long as you like to. All we ask is that you give us 30 days notice if you wish to leave. We're also not here to monopolize the market. We think tall brands deserve all the exposure they can get, so if you want to be featured on other marketplaces, we're totally in support of that.

FAQs for Shoppers
Will my whole order arrive together?
Not always. Everything Tall brings lots of independent brands together in one marketplace, and your items are sent directly by the brands you’ve ordered from.
So, if you buy from more than one brand in the same order, your items may arrive separately and at different times.
Don’t worry though, you’ll be able to track your deliveries directly on site and we’ll keep you updated along the way.
How much is delivery?
Delivery costs depend on the brand you’re shopping with, where they’re based and where your order is being delivered.
You’ll always see the relevant shipping costs before you complete your purchase, so there shouldn’t be any surprises at checkout.
If your basket contains products from different brands, separate delivery charges may apply.
You can view each brand's shipping charges and terms and conditions in their brand profile under 'BROWSE BRANDS'.
What if something doesn’t fit or I want to return it?
We get it - especially when you’re trying a new brand for the first time.
Because the brands on Everything Tall are independent retailers, their individual returns policies can vary slightly. You’ll be able to see the relevant returns information before you buy.
All brands on Everything Tall must meet our minimum returns standards, and if you ever have trouble resolving a return with a brand, our team is here to help.
Can I order from a brand based in another country?
Yes! Where that brand offers delivery to your country.
Everything Tall is a global marketplace, so one of the things we’re most excited about is helping you discover tall brands you might never have come across otherwise.
Individual brands choose where they ship, so delivery options will vary. International orders may also be subject to local customs charges, duties or taxes. Where applicable, we’ll make this as clear as possible before you order.
How do I contact a brand?
If you have a question about a product, sizing or an order, you can contact the brand directly through the contact details provided in the brand profile in the BROWSE BRANDS tab.
And if you’re not sure who to speak to, just get in touch with us. We’re always happy to point you in the right direction or step in if you need a little extra help.
Made to Order and Pre-Order items
Some products can be pre-ordered or are made to order - those are clearly labelled with a banner on product image and in the description. They take longer to arrive. If you have any questions about estimated arrival time for those products, please get in touch with us.
