Everything Tall is a marketplace bringing together independent tall-fashion brands in one place. The products available on Everything Tall are sold and fulfilled by the individual brands featured on our website.

How your order is shipped

Everything Tall does not hold or dispatch the products sold through our marketplace. When you place an order, your order details are sent to the relevant brand, who is responsible for preparing and dispatching your items directly to you.

Each brand sets its own shipping rates, delivery services, delivery times and shipping destinations. The shipping options and charges applicable to your order will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Orders containing products from more than one brand

If you purchase products from multiple brands in the same order, your items will usually be dispatched separately by each brand.

This means your order may:

arrive in more than one parcel;
be delivered on different days;
have different tracking information for each shipment; and
include separate shipping charges for each brand.

Where shipping charges apply, the relevant charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary depending on the brand, your delivery address and the shipping service being used.

Any delivery estimates provided are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the available tracking information so that you can follow its progress.

International orders, customs, duties and taxes

Products on Everything Tall may be shipped from different countries depending on where the individual brand is based and where its stock is held.

If your order crosses an international border, customs duties, import taxes, VAT or other charges may apply depending on the destination, the value and origin of the goods, and the applicable local rules.

Unless specifically stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge and may be collected from you by the carrier, customs authority or other relevant authority before or upon delivery.

Everything Tall does not control charges imposed by customs or other authorities.

Shipping restrictions

Not every brand ships to every country. Product availability and shipping options can therefore vary depending on your delivery destination.

If a brand does not ship a particular product to your selected destination, you may not be able to purchase that product for delivery to that location.
