Everything Tall – Terms of service

Last updated: 1 September 2026

These Terms of service apply when you browse or purchase products through the Everything Tall marketplace.

By placing an order through Everything Tall, you agree to these Terms together with our Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. About Everything Tall

Everything Tall Ltd operates an online marketplace that enables independent brands and retailers (“Vendors”) to offer and sell products to customers.

Everything Tall provides and operates the marketplace through which customers can discover products, place orders and make payments.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, Everything Tall is not the seller of the products listed on the marketplace. The Vendor identified in connection with the relevant product is the seller and supplier of that product.

2. Your contract with the Vendor

When you purchase a product through Everything Tall, the contract for the sale of that product is between you and the Vendor selling that product.

Everything Tall facilitates the transaction through its marketplace but is not a party to the contract for the sale of the Vendor's goods, unless expressly stated otherwise.

Where an order contains products from more than one Vendor, you enter into a separate contract of sale with each relevant Vendor for the products supplied by that Vendor.

The identity of the Vendor is displayed through the relevant product and/or brand information on Everything Tall. Customers should review this information before purchasing.

3. Everything Tall's role

Everything Tall operates and administers the marketplace and facilitates transactions between customers and Vendors.

As part of this service, Everything Tall may facilitate:

  • product listings;
  • customer orders and payments;
  • communications between customers and Vendors;
  • shipping information;
  • returns and refunds;
  • order tracking; and
  • customer service.

Although Everything Tall facilitates these services, products are supplied and fulfilled by the relevant Vendor.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts any legal responsibility that Everything Tall has in its capacity as operator of the marketplace.

4. Vendor responsibilities

The Vendor is responsible for the products it sells through Everything Tall, including supplying and fulfilling those products and providing the relevant product and fulfilment information.

Vendors are responsible for ensuring that the information they provide concerning their products is accurate and complies with applicable law.

This may include product descriptions, sizing information, specifications, availability and relevant delivery information.

Nothing in these Terms affects a customer's statutory rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described, not of satisfactory quality or otherwise fail to comply with applicable consumer law.

5. Orders

When you place an order through Everything Tall, you will receive an order confirmation using the contact information provided during checkout.

Acceptance and fulfilment of the products within your order are the responsibility of the relevant Vendor, subject to your applicable consumer rights.

Occasionally, a product may become unavailable after an order has been submitted. Where a product cannot be supplied, appropriate steps will be taken in relation to the affected item, including a refund where required.

6. Prices and payment

The price payable for a product is the price displayed at checkout when you place your order.

Everything Tall facilitates payment for products purchased through the marketplace on behalf of the relevant Vendor.

Applicable shipping charges and any taxes collected at checkout will be displayed before you complete your purchase.

Where an order contains products from more than one Vendor, different shipping charges may apply to the products supplied by each Vendor.

7. Shipping and fulfilment

Everything Tall does not normally hold, pack or dispatch products purchased through the marketplace.

Products are fulfilled and dispatched directly by the relevant Vendor.

Each Vendor may have its own shipping arrangements, including different:

  • shipping charges;
  • free-shipping thresholds;
  • delivery destinations;
  • carriers and shipping services;
  • dispatch times;
  • estimated delivery times; and
  • shipping conditions.

Customers should review the relevant Vendor's profile and shipping information before purchasing.

Where an order contains products from more than one Vendor, products may be dispatched separately, by different carriers and on different dates. They may therefore arrive in separate parcels and at different times.

Separate shipping charges may also apply.

The applicable shipping charges available through the marketplace will be shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

8. International orders, customs, duties and taxes

Products available through Everything Tall may be dispatched from different countries.

Where goods are shipped internationally, customs duties, import VAT, taxes, carrier handling charges or other import-related charges may apply depending on factors including the destination, origin and value of the goods and applicable local laws.

Unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout, these charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge displayed through Everything Tall and may be payable separately by the recipient.

Customers should review the relevant Vendor's profile and shipping information before purchasing, particularly when ordering products from a Vendor located outside their own country.

Customs clearance and other border processes may also affect delivery times.

9. Delivery

Delivery arrangements vary between Vendors.

Any delivery dates or timeframes provided through Everything Tall or by a Vendor are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise.

If your order contains products from multiple Vendors, those products may arrive at different times.

If an order is delayed, lost, damaged in transit or otherwise does not arrive as expected, please contact Everything Tall using the contact information provided on our website. We may liaise with the relevant Vendor to assist in resolving the issue.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights.

10. Cancellations, returns and refunds

Cancellations, returns and refunds are subject to our Returns and Refunds Policy, the terms applicable to the relevant Vendor and applicable consumer law.

Because products are supplied and fulfilled by individual Vendors, return instructions and return addresses may vary.

Products from different Vendors should not be returned together unless you are specifically instructed to do so.

Where you have a statutory right to cancel or return an order, nothing in these Terms or a Vendor's policies removes or restricts that right.

11. Faulty, damaged or incorrect products

If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, please contact Everything Tall as soon as reasonably possible.

We may work with the relevant Vendor to investigate and resolve the issue.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory rights in relation to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.

12. Product information and availability

Product information and inventory information may be provided to Everything Tall by the relevant Vendor.

We take reasonable steps to present product information accurately. However, colours and appearance may vary depending on photography, lighting and the device or screen used to view the marketplace.

Product availability may also change.

Vendors remain responsible for the accuracy of the product information they supply and for the products they sell.

13. Limitation of responsibility

Everything Tall is responsible for its own obligations in operating the marketplace and does not seek to exclude or limit responsibility where doing so would be unlawful.

The relevant Vendor is responsible for its obligations as seller and supplier of its products.

Everything Tall is not responsible for losses arising solely from a Vendor's acts or omissions where those matters are outside Everything Tall's reasonable control, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Customer responsibilities

When placing an order, you are responsible for providing accurate contact, delivery and payment information.

Before completing a purchase, you should review:

  • the products in your order;
  • the Vendor supplying each product;
  • the delivery destination;
  • applicable shipping charges;
  • relevant Vendor information; and
  • where applicable, information concerning international shipping and potential import charges.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the marketplace, our services, participating Vendors, operational processes or applicable law.

The Terms applicable to an order will be those in effect when the order is placed.

16. Governing law and consumer rights

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Everything Tall Ltd in the United Kingdom, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any mandatory rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

17. Contact

If you have a question about an order, product, delivery, return or these Terms, please contact Everything Tall using the contact details provided on our website.

Where an enquiry concerns a particular product, Vendor or delivery, Everything Tall may need to communicate with the relevant Vendor to help resolve the matter.
